Program Assistant – Part-Time - Gresham High School SUN Program
Metropolitan Family Service is seeking an experienced Program Assistant for the MFS SUN program at Gresham High School. Program Assistant is responsible to provide administrative support for the program. Successful candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, BA or BS in education, public service or human services related field; or equivalent related experience is preferred or equivalent work experience. Experience in providing excellent administrative and program support is required. Requires excellent communication, organizational and computer skills. Bi-lingual is Spanish is preferred. Program Coordinators – School Communities Program – Elementary Schools – Full Time
Metropolitan Family Service seeks experienced Program Coordinators for our SUN and CAFE school communities programs at elementary schools in East Multnomah County and North Clackamas. This positions are 40 hours/week and are benefit eligible. Requires minimum of two years of experience in program development, supervision and program administration/budgeting. Prefer experience in child development and/or background in school based service delivery. Experience with elementary school student programs is a plus. Minimum of a BA or BS in human service related field such as education, recreation or social work. MSW preferred. Excellent communication, organizational & supervisory skills required. Program Coordinator – Gresham CAFÉ Literacy program – Full Time
Metropolitan Family Service is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to manage all aspects of our 21st Century Community Learning Center grant at four Gresham Barlow Elementary Schools. Successful candidate will have a minimum two years of experience in program management, managing budgets & hiring/supervision of staff. Must have excellent communication, organizational and staff training skills. Minimum of a BA or BS in human service related field such as education, recreation or social work. Ability to develop & foster strong community partnerships/relationships is essential. Bi-lingual (read, write and speak) Spanish is beneficial. Metropolitan Family Service provides eligible employees with a comprehensive benefit package. Eligible employees are those who work at least 20 hours per week in a regular position. Eligibility for the benefits package is the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. Employees who work less than 32 hours per week receive a pro-rated benefit package.
